Language Instructors

At First Training, all the trainers we send to you will have extensive and relevant experience teaching business English and will hold both an internationally recognised EFL qualification (Cambridge/RSA CELTA or Trinity CTESOL) and a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. They are native speakers and can thereby accommodate any special training requirements that you may have, such as a need for either British or American English.

Our trainers are observed at regular intervals, so that we can provide valuable feedback for both our clients and our trainers.

At First Training, our approach to teaching is based on student-centred learning. Students will be fully trained in all four learning skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) with particular emphasis on the communicative approach.
