Our Trainers

Language Instructors
At First Training, all the trainers we send to you will have extensive and relevant experience teaching business English and will hold both an internationally recognised EFL qualification (Cambridge/RSA CELTA or Trinity CRESOL) and a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. They are native speakers and can thereby accommodate any special training requirements that you may have, such as a need for either British or American English.

ECC (Thailand) has a highly qualified teacher training department, and we run regular in-house training programmes (such as Teaching Business English) to ensure that our trainers are kept up to date with the latest developments in teaching.

At First Training, our approach to teaching is based on student-centred learning. Students will be fully trained in all four learning skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) with particular emphasis on the communicative approach.

Computer Trainers
At First Training, we employ computer trainers who are highly qualified, professional instructors with computer science degrees from reputable Universities such as Chulalongkorn, Kasetsart, and King Mongkut Institute of Technology. Through our affiliation with ECC (Thailand), First Training is officially approved by Microsoft Corporation to train users of their software. In addition, we enjoy official authorisation by the National Electronic and Computer Technology Centre, a government organisation, to run their training courses up to level 5.
