With our course emphasis on software usage, understanding and application to the business environment, our training programmes can be easily adapted to meet the requirements of your personnel. Upon completion of each computer training course, your personnel will be able to readily apply the newly acquired know-how and expertise, directly to your existing information technology systems.

In-house training
First Training has access to a modern classroom facility that is fully equipped with the latest software and computer terminal workstations for each training participant. Following the rapid and progressive development of Internet and information technology, and to stay abreast of continuous upgrades, our ongoing training programmes occur throughout the year, with regular classes covering a variety of software applications, taking place approximately once/twice a month. Supplementing our in-house training, is a meeting forum organised every three months at our facility, that is open to all previous training participants, to discuss changes in information technology, exchange viewpoints on technical knowledge, professional experience, and problem solving trends in systems management.

On-site training
Realising the importance of information technology to an organisation’s efficiency, productivity and effectiveness, and to ensure today’s companies are aware of the new features and capabilities in software, hardware and Internet, First Training offers exclusive instruction at your place of business. Our training consultants are always on hand to visit your location and provide you with a customised assessment of your training needs. Whether yours is a government organisation or private company, clearly, First Training has the professionalism and experience, to enable your staff to become more proficient at maximising the benefits of the information technology while empowering your organisation to reap the advantageous rewards of successful I.T. implementation.

Evaluation and Certification
To ensure that your training programme achieves the objectives you have set forth, First Training utilises an evaluation process that acquires feedback from the training participants during key sections of the course, such as mid-term and final evaluation. This quality assurance survey assures that the course is beneficial to the participants as well as guarantees that you are receiving the best value for money in choosing First Training.

Upon completion of your computer training programme, each training participant will receive an end of course certificate that is officially approved by the Ministry of Education.

Facility and Course Materials
First Training conducts training courses using computer workstations equipped with Pentium microprocessors, multimedia capabilities and Local Area Network (LAN) systems. The course materials used are also the most up-to-date and best available, containing all related technical knowledge and application covered during the training. After the course is over, these course materials can supplement participants self-study as well as provide a functional reference.
